No Time To Rest.

I’m enjoying a nice win over a tough opponent in the WCC last Saturday night, but that doesn’t mean I can take a break. I’ve got my sights set on bigger and better things. I’m not gonna stop working, training, sweating, bleeding until I reach my goals. Special thanks to my team and trainers at JBM, Ricardo Almeida’s, Extreme Fitness and Tenth Round Boxing. I’d also like to thanks my sponsors Delilahs and ZEE Bar for all of the great support as well as I strive to reach greater heights.

BACK TO MY ROOTS IN WRESTLING

I got to cap off my morning training with a trip to my old High School for wrestling practice. As I entered my old High School the sights and smells awakened senses that have been buried for nearly 15 years. Walking through the doors of the gym I was instantly reminded why Neshaminy High School is a Bucks County powerhouse school. It’s nearly summer and the room was packed. Coach Miller welcomed me in and training began. After a short practice my weight is in a much better place. I’m looking forward to getting back on the mats soon.

ESPN Radio doing a LIVE Broadcast from weigh-ins

Just found out ESPN Radio will be doing a remote broadcast during weigh-ins for my upcoming fight for the WCC Thursday night. They will be interviewing many of us fighters scheduled to appear on the May 28th Memorial Day Combat show live on the air. It should be a great time. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some food in right after I make weight. Check out the broadcast if you can.

Putting in the work.

I’m been putting in the work getting some great training in. Now we’re getting down to the last week of training before my upcoming fight and everything seems to be falling into place. My weight is coming down while my cardio and speed are going up. I’m fortunate to have such a great team to train with. I’m off to JBM in Jersey for my JiuJitsu training.

BACK IN THE CAGE FOR THE WCC MAY 28TH

I’m looking forward to stepping back inside of the octagon May 28th for the World Cagefighting Championships.  I’ll be dropping in weight to 195lbs for the first time in my Pro career.  We’re already intrenched in a great camp preparing to take on another tough opponent.  Thanks to all of my friends and sponsors for helping me along in my career.

MEASURE OF A FIGHTER

There’s a difference between a person who lets excuses stop them from achieving their goals and others who use pain as an excuse to work harded.

Volatile Fight Gear

It’s great to have Volatile Fight Gear as part of the Rogue Team. Just a week left until my fight April 10th here in Philly. I’ve had a great training camp and I can’t wait to get into the cage.

TEAM JBM

In today’s MMA world you can’t achieve success by yourself. Behind every great fighter stands a great team. Afterall, someone has to pick you up and push you through those grueling training sessions. It’s your trainers job to find your weaknesses even when your to weak to see them for yourself. Of course you have to surround yourself with qualified trainers and fighters, not some posers. JBM is the place to be. It’s nice to be in a school we’re you don’t question their knowledge…. you just get better.

PATH TO SUCCESS

The path to success is determined by will. How far will you go to take what you believe is yours. How many steps will you climb to reach new heights.
Fighting is beautiful upon it’s simplicity. Training on the otherhand is a complicated maze of pain, injury and endurance, but pain doesn’t really bother me. Injuries don’t bother me either. I have the endurance. Time to step into the cage for the fun part.
